V této diplomové práci jsem se zabýval zaváděním procesního řízení ve společnosti DTPV-Servisní, s.r.o. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsem na základě dostupné literatury zhodnotil teoretická východiska procesního řízení. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé kroky vedoucí k zavedení procesního řízení. Abstract:
In this thesis I dealt with the introduction of process management in the company DTPV- Servisní, s. r. o.. In the theoretical part I reviewed the available literature, theoretical bases of process management. There are all steps leading to the introduction of process management. In the practical part of this thesis I analyzed the current level of quality management of DTPV - Servisní, s. r. o.
