Intensity of the football players in the match.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce prezentuje výsledky sledování intenzity zatížení v průběhu čtyř utkání u pěti hráčů různých herních postů druholigového mužstva Třince. Pro monitorování intenzity zatížení během utkání byly použity Sporttestery Polar S610i. Zjišťováním tělesného zatížení se zabývalo již několik autorů, nicméně na vyšší výkonnostní úrovni, než je druhá nejvyšší soutěž v České republice. Pro zvýšení výkonnosti hráčů ve fotbale je důležité správné řízení v tréninkovém procesu. Fotbalový trénink by se měl svou intenzitou zatížení co nejvíce přiblížit k zatížení v zápase. Výsledky měření zápasového zatížení porovnáme s výsledky měření tréninkového zatížení u týmu ze stejné soutěže.

Abstract:

This thesis presents the results of the workload intensity monitoring for five players from Třinec team during four matches in the Czech second tier football league. Each player was assigned a different position on the field. Polar S610i sporttesters were used for monitoring the workload intensity during the games. Several authors have already dealt with physical workload measurement, but only on a higher performance level than the one of the Czech second tier league. A proper management of the training process is crucial for the players? performance improvement. A football training load intensity should get as close to the match workload as possible. We will compare the results of match workload measurement to the results of training load measurement for other team from the same league.
