K definici původu ženského orgasmu a jeho funkci se váže nesourodá směs informací a zájmů. Sahá od historie reprodukce až po moderní trendy sexuologie. Široká variabilita ženského orgasmu souvisí s genetickými vlivy, ale nevysvětluje jeho účel v partnerství a reprodukci. Abstract:
The definition of the female orgasm is associated with diverse kind of information, findings and interests. It extends from the reproduction history to recent sexology trends. The variability of a female orgasm relates to genetic factors, but it doesn’t explain its effect on partnership and reproduction.
