Cílem diplomové práce „Sledování a řízení pohledávek a souvisejících rizik v podniku“ je na základě analýzy současného procesu řízení pohledávek vybrané společnosti navrhnout vlastní model pro sledování pohledávek a připojit návrhy na zlepšení současného stavu.
