Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice mobbingu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku problému, jeho formy, důsledky, příčiny, ochranu proti němu. Empirická část se zabývá analýzou získaných dat z průzkumného šetření, které bylo provedeno pomocí dotazníků. Průzkumné šetření probíhalo v oblasti školství a zdravotnictví. The Bachelor thesis deals with mobbing. Theoretical part is focused on the issue characterization, its forms, consequences, causes and treatment. Empirical part analyses the data obtained by a survey performed by means of questionnaires. The survey was conducted in the sphere of education and healthcare.
