Tato diplomová práce se zabývá nízkomikrobiální dietou, která je podávána pacientům s neutropenií, aby se předešlo infekcím z potravin. Zakazována je především čerstvá zelenina a ovoce, které jsou však zdrojem vitaminů, minerálních látek, vlákniny a antioxidantů. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with a low-microbial diet that is given to patients with neutropenia to prevent foodborne infections. Fresh vegetables and fruits, in particular, are often excluded despite them being a source of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants.
