Cieľom bakalárskej práce je vyhodnotiť stav komunikácie a konkurencie na jednotlivých sociálnych sieťach firmy DIREX SK so sídlom v Žiline a navrhnúť jej zlepšenia. K spracovaniu bakalárskej práce budú využívané primárne a sekundárne zdroje údajov. Sekundárne zdroje údajov sa odvíjajú najmä zo štatistík jednotlivých sociálnych sietí a Google Analytics.
