Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Informační gramotnost žáků středních škol v kraji Vysočina“ se zabývá informační gramotností žáků středních škol a zaměřuje se na jejich práci s informacemi. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jakými dovednostmi informační gramotnosti žáci disponují. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, přičemž teoretická je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole je popsána informační gramotnost, její definice, standardy a modely. Druhá kapitola se zabývá prací s informacemi, což zahrnuje vyhledávání informací, jejich hodnocení, příklady nástrojů a metod pro hodnocení informací, tvorba informací, která zahrnuje i citační etiku. Třetí kapitola zahrnuje vybrané dokumenty obsahující informační gramotnost. Poslední kapitola teoretické části dále popisuje obdobné české a zahraniční studie informační gramotnosti studentů středních škol. Druhá část diplomové práce je praktická, kdy byl proveden online dotazníkový průzkum mezi studenty závěrečných ročníků středních škol v kraji Vysočina. Je zde popsán cíl výzkumu, jeho metodologie, výzkumný vzorek, etika a limity výzkumu. Na konci praktické části je uvedena analýza a interpretace výsledků výzkumného šetření. V rámci dotazníku je zjišťováno, jakými dovednostmi informační gramotnosti žáci disponují, a to ve třech oblastech: vyhledávání informací, jejich hodnocení a následně tvorba.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis "Information literacy of secondary school pupils in the Vysočina region" deals with the information literacy of secondary school pupils and focuses on their work with information. The aim of the research is to find out what information literacy skills students have. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part, while the theoretical part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes information literacy, its definitions, standards and models. The second chapter deals with working with information, which includes searching for information, its evaluation, examples of tools and methods for evaluating information, creating information, which also includes citation ethics. The third chapter includes selected documents containing information literacy. The last chapter of the theoretical part further describes similar Czech and foreign studies of information literacy of high school students. The second part of the diploma thesis is practical, when an online questionnaire survey was conducted among students of final years of secondary schools in the Vysočina region. It describes the goal of the research, its methodology, research sample, ethics and limits of research. At the end of the practical part there is an analysis and interpretation of the results of the research survey. The questionnaire examines what information literacy skills pupils have in three areas: searching for information, evaluating it and then creating it.
