Oscilace patří mezi biologicky zajímavé chování systémů. Za účelem popsat a rozlišit různé dynamické aspekty oscilací navrhli Dluhoš et al. temporální logiku STL*. Její vyjadřovací síla je posílena zavedením operátoru zmražení hodnot signálu, jehož zanořování však není umožněno. Abstract:
Oscillations constitute a class of biologically relevant behaviour. Dluhoš et al. defined temporal logic STL* capable of describing and distinguishing various dynamic aspects of oscillations. Its expressiveness is induced by signal-value freeze operator, but is restricted by prohibition of its nesting.
