Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce jsou hypoteční úvěry a především s nimi spojené úrokové sazby. V první části práce je charakterizován hypoteční úvěr, popsána základní problematika týkající se jeho druhů, průběhu, poplatků a uvedeny nejvýznamnější faktory ovlivňující nákladovost hypotečního úvěru. The subject of the bachelor's thesis are mortgage loans and especially related interest rates. The mortgage loan is characterized in the first part of the thesis, the basic issues related to its types, course and fees are described, and the most important factors affecting the cost of the mortgage loan are listed.
