Work safety and fire protection control system implemented by CIVOP s.r.o.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá procesem ochrany zaměstnanců při pracovním výkonu. Představuje vybraná práva a povinnosti zaměstnavatele a jeho zaměstnanců a vysvětluje základní legislativní rámec pro aplikování požární ochrany a pravidel bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou představeny tyto dvě oblasti z hlediska praxe. V dalších kapitolách je pak představena společnosti CIVOP s.r.o. a systém zabezpečení BOZP a PO u klientů. Nejdůležitější částí a zároveň cílem této práce je Dvacatero pro specialistu BOZP a PO, které slouží jako podklad pro systematickou a řádně provedenou kontrolu klienta tak, aby se co nejsnadněji odhalovaly závady a mohlo tak neprodleně dojít k jejich odstraňování a nápravným opatřením proti opakování. Vzhledem k obecnosti tohoto dokumentu je vytvořen Checklist kontroly klienta, který dopodrobna uvádí jednotlivé body, které nesmí být opomenuty. Zároveň je možné jej adaptovat pro různé druhy klientů. V závěru této práce jsou uvedeny nejčastější závady, které specialisté společnosti CIVOP zapsali během kontrol v roce 2023.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the process of protection of employees during work performance. It presents selected rights and obligations of the employer and its employees and explains the basic legislative framework for the application of fire protection and occupational health and safety rules. In the individual chapters, these two areas are introduced from the point of view of practice. In the following chapters, the company CIVOP s.r.o. and the system of security of OHS and FP at clients are introduced. The most important part and at the same time the goal of this work is the Twenty for the OHS and FP specialist, which serves as a basis for a systematic and properly performed inspection of the client so that defects can be detected as easily as possible and their immediate removal and corrective measures against recurrence can be taken. Due to the generality of this document, a Customer Check Checklist has been created, which lists in detail the individual points that must not be omitted. At the same time, it can be adapted for different types of clients. At the end of this thesis, the most common defects that CIVOP specialists recorded during inspections in 2023 are listed. The results of the analysis of the internal source are presented in two graphs and supplemented with interesting photographs of individual defects.
