Skladování ve společnosti ORPA Papír a.s.

Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá skladováním ve společnosti ORPA Papír a.s., konkrétně v závodě Lanškroun. Práce se věnuje analýze současného stavu skladování a procesům se skladováním spojeným. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou v další části práce navrhována zlepšení skladování v závodě. Závěrečná část diplomové práce zhodnocuje navrhovaná řešení.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on warehousing in ORPA Papír a.s., specifically in the Lanškroun plant. The thesis analyzes the current state of warehousing and processes associated with it. Based on the analysis, the thesis proposes improvements to the warehousing in the Lanškroun plant in the next part of the work. The final part of the thesis evaluates the proposed solutions.
