Anotace Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou hypotéčních úvěrů, které jsou nabízeny na trhu v České republice. Pro posouzení byly vybrány hypoteční úvěry čtyř bank – Hypotéční banka, Česká spořitelna, Komerční banka a mBank. Annotation This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of mortgage loans, which are offered on the market in the Czech republic. For assessment were chosen mortgage loans from four banks – Hypoteční banka, Česká spořitelna, Komerční banka and mBank.
