Tato diplomová práce se zabývá incidenčními spory, k jejichž vzniku dochází v průběhu řízení insolvenčních. Podstatou práce je zařazení incidenčních sporů do českého právního řádu a vysvětlení účelu těchto sporů. Abstract:
The thesis deals with incidential disputes which occure during the insolvency proceedings. The basis of the thesis is subsumption of incidential disputes into the Czech legal order and explanation of their purpose.
