Abstract:

Práce se zabývá zkoumáním genetického materiálu DNA, jeho využitím při odhalování trestné činnosti, a ztotožnění jedince na základě jeho DNA stopy na místě trestného činu. Přibližuje teoretickou část zkoumání DNA od jeho objevu, vývoj zkoumání až po dnešní forenzní analýzy STR, PCR, RFLP, a metody zkoumání ve forenzních laboratořích. V tomto kontextu je důležité upozornit na správný sběr, zajištění a zpracování biologického materiálu z místa činu tedy na kriminalistickou biologii. Dále se práce zabývá problematikou kontaminace biologických stop. Sběrem dat, které se ukládají do národní databáze DNA a v neposlední řadě problematikou právní úpravy odběru, zpracování a ukládání vzorku DNA. Závěrem je kazuistika, která podtrhuje postavení genetického materiálu v identifikaci osob v kriminalistice.

Abstract:

The work deals with the examination of genetic material DNA, its use in detecting crime, and the identification of an individual based on his DNA traces at the crime scene. It introduces the theoretical part of DNA research from its discovery, the development of research to today's forensic analysis of STR, PCR, RFLP, and research methods in forensic laboratories. In this context, it is important to draw attention to the correct collection, securing and processing of biological material from the crime scene, is to forensic biology. Furthermore, the work deals with the issue of contamination of biological traces. By collecting data, which are stored in the national DNA database and, last but not least, by the issue of legal regulation of the collection, processing and storage of a DNA sample. The conclusion is a case study that underlines the position of genetic material in the identification of persons in forensics.
