Diplomová práce se zabývá ekonomickými změnami na Slovensku od rozpadu Sovětského svazu až po přijetí společné evropské měny v roce 2009. Jsou zde rozebírány sociální a ekonomické reformy, které výrazně přispěly ke splnění nominálních konvergenčních kritérií. Abstract:
The thesis deals with economical changes in the Slovak Republic since the breakup of the Iron Curtain to the adoption of the common European currency in 2009. There are discussed social and economic reforms, which significantly contributed to meet the nominal convergence criteria.
