V předložené práci studuji homogenní dielektrické bariérové výboje hořící za atmosférického tlaku a depozice tenkých vrstev v těchto výbojích ve směsi hexamethyldisiloxanu s dusíkem a kyslíkem a ve směsi propan-butanu s dusíkem. Abstract:
In the present work I studied dielectric barrier discharge at atmospheric pressure and the deposition of thin organosilicon films in nitrogen, oxygen and HMDSO or propane-butane nitrogen atmosphere. I performed basic electric diagnostics of plasma and the deposited films were characterised by optical microscopy, depth sensing indentation, ellipsometry, FTIR spectroscopy etc. I studied the effects of …more
