Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem internacionalizace ve vysokém školství v rámci Evropského kontextu. Práce předkládá definici konceptu internacionalizace a její zásadní roli v přípravě studentů na jejich vedoucí role v globálním světe. Analýza institucionální strategie internacionalizace navržená ve Strategickém Plánu Masarykovy univerzity na další roky je zkoumá-na a diskutována z pohledu Strategie internacionalizace vysokého školství na období od roku 2021 vytvořené Ministerstvem školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy ČR. Cílem analýzy je zjistit, zda Masarykova univerzita nabízí dostatečný plán pro komplexní řízení internacionalizace s konkrétním zaměřením na mezikulturní rozvoj studentů.

Abstract:

The Bachelor’s Thesis deals with the process of Internationalisation in Higher Education within the European context. The thesis introduces the concept of Internationalisation and its fundamental role in preparing students for their leading roles in the global world. The analysis of institutional Strategy for Internationalisation proposed in the Strategic Plan of Masaryk University for the upcoming years is examined and discussed through the lenses of the Strategy for Internationalisation of Higher Education for the period from 2021 created by the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, to challenge whether Masaryk University offers sufficient plan for comprehensive management of Internationalisation with a particular focus on student’s intercultural development.
