Supervision of financial market in the European Union

Abstract:

Bachelor Work deals with the financial market supervision in the European Union. He points out that financial supervision is a very dynamic environment, which is necessary to keep under review. The ongoing debt crisis set the true mirror the functionality and effectiveness of supervision in the European Union. The first chapter is thematically focused on the definition of key variables relating to the terminology associated with the functioning of supervision within the European Community. The second chapter analyzes the operation of surveillance in selected countries of the European Union, the Federal Republic of Germany (Germany), the Italian Republic (Italy) Slovak Republic (Slovakia) and the Czech Republic (Czech Republic). The results show that the principles of control of Germany are also important for countries such as Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Germany is also a major contributor EFSF financed by the debt of countries such as Greece or Spain. The third chapter follows the functioning of the European Central Bank (ECB) as the primary institute of financial supervision of the European Union. In the analysis that follows the European Union is currently above linking the various European institutions together with world economic organizations, in order to find the optimal solution.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá dohľadom nad finančným trhom v Európskej únii. Poukazuje na to, že dohľad nad finančným trhom je veľmi dynamickým prostredím, ktorý je potrebné neustále skúmať, mapovať a upravovať. Prebiehajúca dlhová kríza nastavila pravdivé zrkadlo funkčnosti a efektívnosti výkonu dohľadu v Európskej únii. Prvá kapitola sa tematicky zameriava na definovanie základných premenných týkajúcich sa terminológie spojenej s fungovaním dohľadu v rámci Európskeho spoločenstva. Druhá kapitola analyzuje fungovanie dohľadu vo vybraných krajinách Európskej únie, v Nemeckej spolkovej republike (ďalej len Nemecko), Talianskej republike (ďalej len Taliansko), Slovenskej republike (ďalej len Slovensko) a Českej republike (ďalej len Česko). Z výsledkov vyplýva, že princípy regulácie Nemecka sú dôležité aj pre krajiny ako Slovensko a Česko. Nemecko je aj hlavným prispievateľom EFSF, ktoré financuje dlhy krajín ako sú Grécko alebo Španielsko. Tretia kapitola sleduje fungovanie Európskej centrálnej banky (ďalej len ECB) ako hlavného inštitútu finančného dohľadu Európskej únie. Z danej analýzy vyplýva, že Európska únia sleduje v súčasnosti vyššie prepájanie jednotlivých európskych orgánov spolu so svetovými ekonomickými organizáciami, s cieľom nájdenia optimálneho riešenia.
