Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá sociálním dialogem na nadnárodní úrovni a jeho vlivem na podobu pracovních podmínek v České republice. První kapitola je věnována vymezení pojmu sociálního dialogu včetně jeho jednotlivých úrovní, na kterých probíhá. V další části se práce zaměřuje na Mezinárodní organizaci práce, kde je v rámci normotvorné činnosti uskutečňován sociální dialog na nejvyšší úrovni. Po ní následuje …more

The Diploma thesis deals with social dialogue at supranational level and its influence on the working conditions in the Czech Republic.
