Tato diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou útvaru cizinecké policie, jeho zařazením v systému bezpečnostních složek státu a problematickými oblastmi správního řízení o správním vyhoštění.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the characteristics of the Immigration Police, its inclusion in the system of state security forces and problem areas the administrative proceedings on administrative expulsion.
