Stanovení technologického postupu rekonstrukce objektu s rizikovým výskytem azbestu v obvodovém plášti

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se snaží reflektovat problémy způsobené použitím azbestových výrobků ve stavebnictví. V úvodu se zabývá historickým vývojem používání azbestu ve stavebnictví a dále popisuje změny v legislativě, které vyústily až do úplného zákazu azbestu. V další kapitole jsou popsány formy azbestových vláken a jejich vliv na lidské zdraví. Rovněž je zde seznam materiálů, které se v minulosti vyráběly z azbestu a dnes proto představují riziko pro lidské zdraví. Na závěr literární rešerše jsou popsané sanační postupy, které je nutné dodržovat při manipulaci s azbestem. Aplikační část se již zaobírá konkrétním příkladem, kterým je škola ve Velešíně. Hlavní problém spočívá ve výskytu azbestu v obvodovém plášti. Jsou vypracovány tři návrhy rekonstrukce, vyhodnocení jejich finanční náročnost a stavebně technický průzkum. Na základě finanční výhodnosti a výsledků stavebně technického průzkumu je zvolen technologický postup sanace, který je podrobně popsán. V závěru je provedeno vyhodnocení rekonstrukce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis try to reflect problems caused by using asbestos products in civil engineering. The introduction applyies to the history evolution of using asbestos in the civil engineering and describes the legislation change ending up asbestos prohibition. Next chapter describes asbestos fibers forms and their human health effects. There is also the list of materials, which were made of asbestos and nowadays they represent human health hazard. Finally, the literary research describes the operating procedure of asbestos redevelopment. The application part deals with the cencrete building, the school in Velešín. The main problem is based on asbestos presence in the facade. There are made three proposal of reconstruction, their financial evaluation and construction and technical survey. According to the financial demands and survey results there is chosen the technological procedure, which is described in depth. There is made the reconstruction evaluation in the end of the thesis.
