Abstract:
V bakalářské práci „Netradiční masné výrobky“ je věnována pozornost produktům španělské chorizo, haggis, black pudding a bresaola. Za rok 2017 se v České republice průměrně spotřebovalo 80,3 kg masa na osobu. Spotřebu ovlivňují faktory jako je věk, životní styl, zdravotní stav, cena produktu a reklama. In bachelor thesis „Untraditional meat products“ attention is paid to products: Spanish chorizo, Haggis, Black Pudding and Bresaola. In 2017 the Czech republic had avarage consumption of 80,3 kg of meat per consumer. Consumption is influenced by factors like age, life style, health, cost and advertising.
