Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou počítačové gramotnosti. Práce je zaměřena hlavně na sociálně slabé skupiny obyvatelstva. Nastiňuje definice zkoumaných problémů a některé mezinárodní a národní legislativní dokumenty, které se touto problematikou zabývají. Abstract:
The topic of this diploma thesis is the problem of computer literacy. The thesis emphasises the importance of the computer skills for socially weak groups that have to overcome their fear of new technologies to improve their position on the job market.
