Working with stalking victims

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se bude zabývat oběťmi nebezpečného pronásledování (stalkingu) z pohledu práce sociálního pedagoga. Jedná se zejména o identifikaci oblastí, které aktuálně následkem prodělaných traumat ovlivňují - omezují jejich život. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, ve kterých oblastech byly poškozené osoby následkem stalkingu poškozeny nejvíce. Jako dílčí cíl této práce bude na základě získaných informací nastavit postup, jak s těmito osobami dále pracovat, a tím zmírnit jejich post-traumatické zážitky, které je omezují v životě. V teoretické části jsme se zaměřili na oblasti vztahující se ke zvolenému tématu práce včetně vymezení legislativního rámce sociálně nežádoucího jednání. V praktické části práce proběhlo vlastní výzkumné šetření, kdy na základě řízeného polostrukturovaného rozhovoru byly identifikovány oblasti, jenž klienty (oběti) nejvíce limitují v jejich životě. V závěru práce jsme stanovili konkrétní závěry, doporučení a predikce pro praxi, jak efektivně s těmito klienty pracovat a jak zmírnit následky traumatického zážitku. Zjištěné výsledky a stanovená doporučení by měly být využitelné pro aplikační praxi sociální pedagogiky a dalších disciplín v oblasti pomáhajících profesí.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis will deal with the victims of dangerous stalking from the point of view of the work of a social pedagogue. It is mainly a matter of identifying areas that currently affect the lives of trauma as a result of traumas - they limit their lives. The aim of the diploma thesis will be to find out in which areas the injured persons were most affected as a result of stalking and how to continue working with these clients. In the theoretical part, areas related to the selected topic of the work will be elabo-rated, including the definition of the legislative framework of socially undesirable behavior. In the practical part of the work will be carried out own research, where based on a controlled semi-structured interview will be identified areas that most clients (victims) limit in their lives. At the end of the work will be set specific conclusions, recommendations and pre-dictions for practice, how to work effectively with these clients and how to mitigate the consequences of a traumatic.
