Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na výskyt antibiotické rezistence a detekci genů rezistence u izolátů E. coli a koliformních bakterií z potravního řetězce člověka. V práci jsou zahrnuty izoláty ze zvířat (E.coli O157 ze skotu, E. coli a koliformní bakterie z mléčných filtrů z farem mléčného skotu), z potravin (mléčné a masné výrobky) a lidí. Abstract:
The diploma thesis is concerned with the occurence of antibiotic resistance and detection of antibiotic resistance genes in E. coli a colirmal bacteria isolates from human food chain. We examined isolates from animals (E. coli O157 from cattle, E. coli and coliformal bacteria from milk filtres from cattle milk farm), from food (meet and milk products) and humans.
