Předmětem diplomové práce je zhodnocení finanční kondice statutárního města Zlína. První část se zabývá vymezením a definicí základních pojmů a uvedením do finanční kondice, dále přibližuje rozpočty obcí a zadluženost. The subject of diploma thesis is to evaluate the financial condition of the Statutory City of Zlin. The first part deals with the definition of basic concepts and introdution to the financial condition, as well as approaching municipal budgets and the debt.
