Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na aplikaci extrakce na tuhou fázi v pipetovací špičce pro izolaci antioxidantů z bylinných čajů. V teoretické části je uvedena historie čaje, jeho zdravotní účinky na člověka a technologické zpracování.
