Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracování metodologie stanovení hodnoty podniku a praktické uplatnění na konkrétním případu malé obchodní firmy. Ke stanovení hodnoty podniku je nutná strategická a finanční analýza k posouzení finanční stability a výkonnosti. Finální ocenění firmy bude provedeno metodou účetní hodnoty, výnosovou metodou kapitalizace zisku a výnosovou metodou diskontního modelu FCFE. …more

The aim of this thesis is the methodology economic value setting of a company and application on the specific case of a small business company. To determine the value of company is necessary strategic and financial analysis to assess the financial stability performance. The final valuation of the company will be evaluated by book value, capitalization of income method earnings discount model FCFE. …more
