Abstract:

The goal of this diploma thesis is to investigate the present marketing strategy of the company Sainsbury's and give recommendations for future business growth. The theoretical section of the thesis describes the notion of marketing strategy, marketing strategy categorization, strategic marketing planning process and its phases, marketing strategy categories, and marketing strategy activities. In the practical section, there will be a quick introduction to the firm based on the research and marketing analysis completed, as well as an assessment of the company's current marketing strategy. The primary findings of this research will be presented as conclusions and recommendations to enhance the company's existing marketing techniques.
