Bakalářská práce se zabývá forfaitingem jako alternativní možností financování mezinárodního obchodu. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první kapitole rozebírá obecné charakteristiky, účel odkupu pohledávek, výhody a nevýhody. Představeny jsou i dva způsoby výpočtu diskontní sazby. This bachelor thesis deals with forfaiting as an alternative possibility of financing in international trade. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first one is based on the analysis of general characterization, the purpose of purchase and the advantages and disadvantages. It describes also two ways of discount rate calculation.
