Abstract:

Ve své absolventské práci se zabývám možnostmi jednotlivých vybraných terapií v sociální práci. Terapií rozumíme způsob léčení ať už fyzických či psychických nemocí či potíží klienta. Je to forma léčby, která vyžaduje odbornost a zodpovědnost. Terapie v sociální práci nezachází až do takové hloubky psychiky člověka, jako je tomu například u psychoterapie.V první kapitole popisuji sociální práci jako takovou, její definici, cíle, hodnoty a etický kodex. V dalších pěti kapitolách se již věnuji každé vybrané terapii zvlášť a každá má stejnou strukturu, která se skládá z: vymezení a definice terapie, historie, formy dané terapie a indikace a u některých i kontraindikace. V poslední kapitole se věnuji novodobým terapiím, které by dle mého názoru, mohly mít velký potenciál.Cílem této teoretické práce je popsat a přiblížit jednotlivé vybrané terapie, které se uplatňují v sociální práci. Za mě je to téma velmi aktuální, protože v dnešní rychlé době žijeme pod velkým stresem ať už z práce či ze vztahů, přes nedostatek času sám na sebe apod. Různé metody sociální práce, kam zahrnujeme i terapii se snaží cílit na to, aby se pomoc dostala i k těm lidem, kteří by kvůli své povaze či jiným důvodům nikdy psychoterapeuta nevyhledali nebo by za ním nepřišli.Tato práce je určená především budoucím sociálním pracovníkům, kteří se chtějí zaměřovat na práci s klienty, kde budou využívat terapii.

Abstract:

My thesis is focused on possibilities of individual selected therapies in social work. By therapy we mean the way of treating either psychical or mental illnesess or client’s problems. It is a from of treatment that requires expertise and responsibility. Therapy in social work does not go as deep into the human psyche, as for example, psychotherapy.In the first chapter i describe social work as whole, it’s definition, goals, values and the code of ethics. In the following 5 chapters, I deal with each selected therapy separately and each has the same structure., which consists of: definition of therapy, history, forms of therapy and indications and in some cases contraindications. In the last chapter I deal with modern therapies which, in my opinion, could have great potencial.The aim of this theoretical work is to describe and approach individual selected therapies that are used in social work. For me this topic is very current, because this fast – paced life we live under great stress, whether from work or relationships, despote the lack of time for ourselves, etc. Various methods of social work, wich include therapy try to ensure, that help reaches those people who, due to thein nature or other reasons, would never look for psychotherapists or come to see him.This work is intended primarily for future social workers who want to focus on working with clients, where They will use therapy.
