Abstract:
Práce se zabývá podnikatelským záměrem a jeho tvorbou. V práci je definována základní terminologie podnikání a postup jednotlivých kroků při tvorbě plánu. V praktické části je vypracován návrh konkrétního podnikatelského plánu na založení café baru na malém městě. Návrh obsahuje všechny nezbytné body, které by měl podnikatelský plán obsahovat.
Abstract:
The work deals with the business plan and its creation. The thesis defines the basic terminology of business and the procedure of individual steps in creating a plan. In the practical part, a draft of a specific business plan for establishing a café bar in a small town is developed. The proposal contains all the necessary points that a business plan should contain.
