Abstract:

V této diplomové práci analyzujeme zadání přímých investic, metody implementace pro pronikání na zahraniční trhy. Práce uvádí příklady překážek, které vznikají při zavádění vlastního kapitálu zahraničních investorů v různých zemích. Studie také vliv přímých zahraničních investic na země a investory. Hlavními cíli tohoto dokumentu jsou přímé zahraniční investice, a to investiční politika prováděná společností Nestlé. Prostřednictvím přímé zahraniční investiční společnosti vstoupily na nové zahraniční trhy. Tato práce zkoumá otázky vyplývající z realizace přímých zahraničních investic. Jsou navržena řešení těchto problémů a návrhů na přímé zahraniční investice.

Abstract:

In this thesis analyzes the foreging direct investment, methods of implementation to penetrate foreign markets. The work gives examples of barriers that arise in the implementation of foreign investor equity in different countries. Also studies the effect of foreign direct investment for countries and investors. The main objectives of this paper is foreign direct investment, namely investment policy carried out by the company Nestle. Both through direct foreign investment company entered into new foreign markets. This work examines issues arising from the implementation of foreign direct investment. There are proposed solutions to these problems and proposals for foreign direct investment.
