The factors of labour market polarization
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je zkoumání výskytu polarizace na trhu práce České republiky a faktory, které by k ní mohly přispívat. Mezi potenciální faktory jsou zde na základě literatury zařazeny: těsnost na trhu práce, dynamika HDP a importu a covid. Abstract:
This thesis aims to explore the polarisation tendencies in the Czech labour market and empirically investigate possible factors that might contribute to its prevalence. Among the potential factors included, and based on the relevant literature, are labour market tightness, the Covid-19 pandemic, and the rate of change of gross domestic product and imports.
