Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice dotací v účetnictví nestátních neziskových organizací v České republice se zaměřením na obecně prospěšné společnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá nejprve pojmy důležitými pro vymezení nestátního neziskového sektoru a charakteristikou obecně prospěšných společností. Dále je pozornost věnována dotacím, jejich členění, účetnímu zobrazení a státní dotační politice vůči nestátním neziskovým organizacím. Obsažen je i pohled auditora na dotace a ověřování dotací. V praktické části je provedena analýza dotací a systému jejich účtování v podmínkách vybrané obecně prospěšné společnosti.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis are grants in the accounting of non-governmental organisations in the Czech Republic, with a focus on Public Benefit Organisations. In the theoretical part there are defined characteristics of non-governmental nonprofit sector and Public Benefit Organisations. Furthermore, attention is paid to grants, their classification, accounting presentation and to the government subsidy policy of Public Benefit Organisations. The thesis also incorporates auditor's view on grants and its verification. In the practical part, an analysis of grants and their accounting system is performed in the conditions of selected Public Benefit Organisation.
