The Burn-out Syndrom of people in helping professions- employees of selected Homes for the elderly in the district of Chomutov.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na syndrom vyhoření u pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích pracovníci ve vybraných domovech pro seniory v okrese Chomutov. Cílem práce je identifikovat míru syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků v domovech pro seniory na vybraných pracovištích v okrese Chomutov a navržení vhodných preventivních opatření. Práce popisuje syndrom vyhoření, specifické příznaky. Část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na specifikaci pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích a na práci se seniory. Dále se práce zabývá fázemi syndromu vyhoření a rozdíly mezi vyhořením a dalšími psychickými stavy. Práce dále popisuje metody zkoumání a měření burnout. Poslední kapitola obsahuje informace o prevenci syndromu vyhoření. Výzkumné šetření k bakalářské práci bylo prováděno pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku MBI. Závěr bakalářské práce obsahuje celkové shrnutí informací zjištěných šetřením a doporučení pro vybrané domovy pro seniory v okrese Chomutov v rámci prevence syndromu vyhoření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on burnout among workers in helping professions- employees in selected homes for the elderly in the district Chomutov. The aim of the thesis is to identify the degree of burnout among workers in homes for seniors at selected sites in Chomutov and designing appropriate preventive measures. The thesis describes the burnout specific symptoms. Part of the thesis is focused on the specification of the workers in the helping professions and to work the with seniors. Furthermore, the work deals with the phases of burnout and differences between burnout and other psychological conditions. The thesis describes the methods of investigation and measurement of burnout syndrome and the last chapter contains information about preventing burnout. The survey was performed by a standardized questionnaire MBI. The conclusion contains a summary of information gathered by the investigation and recommendations for selected homes for the elderly in the district of Chomutov in the context of burnout prevention.
