Professional liability of accountants and tax advisers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním profese daňového a účetního poradce z pohledu profesní odpovědnosti. Hlavním cílem práce je vymezit pracovní náplň obou profesí a z ní vyplývající profesní odpovědnost daňových a účetních poradců, její souvislost s protiprávním jednáním, dále poukázat na možná rizika při výkonu činností účetního a daňového poradce. Teoretická část je věnována právní úpravě uvedených profesí, vymezením podmínek k výkonu činnosti jednotlivých profesí, dále jsou definována jednotlivá protiprávní jednání. V praktické části jsou na příkladech znázorněny případy protiprávních jednání daňových a účetních poradců. V poslední části bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty zjištěné poznatky a vymezeny rozdíly.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the profession of tax and accounting advisors, from the professional liability point of view. The main aim of this thesis is to define the work responsibilities of both professions and the resulting professional responsibility of tax and accounting advisors. It adresses the relation to the illegal conduct, and to point out possible risks in the performance of activities of accounting and tax advisors. The theoretical part is devoted to the legal regulation of these professions, the definition of the conditions for the performance of the individual professions and the individual infringements. In the practical part, examples illustrate the cases of illegal conduct by tax and accounting consultants. The last part of the bachelor thesis summarizes the findings and defines the differences.
