Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tematikou změny potravinových (chuťových) preferencí v těhotenství. Teoretická část nejprve uvádí faktory, které potravinové preference formují, následně se věnuje přímo vlivu těhotenství. Rozebírá změny chuti k jídlu, čichové a chuťové percepce i obliby jednotlivých chutí a uvádí možné mechanismy těchto změn. Nakonec se zaměřuje na změny samotných potravinových preferencí, výskyt bažení po potravinách a potravinových averzí i jejich souvislost s těhotenskou nevolností. Vysvětluje také jejich možné příčiny a smysl. Praktická část pomocí dotazníkového šetření zachycuje změny potravinových preferencí, včetně výskytu bažení po potravinách, potravinových averzí a jejich souvislosti s těhotenskou nevolností.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is interested in changes in food (taste) preferences during pregnancy. The theoretical part first describes the factors that form food preferences, then links them directly to the influence of pregnancy. It discusses changes in appetite, smell and taste perception, and the likes of tastes, and states the possible mechanism of these changes. Finally, it focuses on changes in food preferences, food cravings and aversions, and their relationship to pregnancy sickness. It also explains their possible meaning and causes. The practical part, through a questionnaire survey, detects changes in food preferences, including the occurrence of food cravings and aversions and their association with pregnancy sickness.
