Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ergonomií a následnou kompenzací důsledků práce v kosmetických službách. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na časté zdravotní problémy vznikající v pracovním prostředí, a to onemocnění v oblasti páteře a horních končetin, vliv jednotlivých sedů na muskuloskeletární systém, možnosti instruktáže v podobě školy zad a typy kompenzačních cvičení. The thesis focuses on ergonomics and subsequent compensation of the effects of working in beauty treatment services. The theoretical part centers on frequent issues occurring in the work area, such as disorders of the spine area and upper limbs.
