Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá životními osudy Radslava st. ze Vchynic a Tetova. Nezachycuje ovšem jen osudy bohatého příslušníka rytířského rodu, ale studuje rovněž změny, které se v severozápadních Čechách odehrávaly, v sociálním prostředí rytířské šlechty, zhruba do konce 16. století. Dějová linie končí rokem 1619, kdy Radslav st. ze Vchynic umírá. Úvod je věnován rozsáhlé genealogii, struktuře a majetkové strategii příslušníků rodu "ze Vchynic". Následně práce zachycuje růst Radslavova majetku v chronologickém rámci, společně s jeho pokusy o arondaci statků na území celých Čech. Výběrově se historický průzkum rovněž věnuje jeho bratrovi Janu st. ze Vchynic a směřování jeho rodu. V souvislosti s vlivem majetkového růstu na sociální vzestup Vchynských, zkoumá práce rovněž podmínky, a okolnosti vstupu Vchynských do panského stavu. Součástí výzkumu jsou i politické a vojenské strategie rodu, navazující na tuto sociální gradaci. Část práce se také stručně zabývá usídlením Vchynských v Praze v průběhu 15. a 16. století. Závěr je věnován kšaftu bezdětného šlechtice, a místu a způsobu posledního odpočinku Radslava st. ze Vchynic, a jeho ženy Estery ze Vchynic.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the life events, of Radslav sen. from Vchynice and Tetov. Of course, it does not only capture the fate of a wealthy member of the knightly family, but also studies the changes that took place in northwestern Bohemia, in the social environment of the knightly nobility, roughly until the end of the 16th century. The storyline ends in 1619, when Radslav sen. dies from Vchynice. The introduction is dedicated to the extensive genealogy, structure and property strategy of members of the family "from Vchynice". Subsequently, the work captures the growth of Radslav's property in a chronological framework, together with his attempts to subdivide estates in the territory of the whole of Bohemia. Historical research is also selectively devoted to his brother Jan sen. from Vchynice and the direction of his family. In connection with the influence of property growth on the social rise of the Vchynsky´s, the work also examines the conditions and circumstances of the entry of the Vchynsky´s into the feudal status. The political and military strategies of the clan, following this social gradation, are part of the research. Part of the work also briefly deals with the settlement of the Vchynsky´s in Prague during the 15th and 16th centuries. The conclusion is dedicated to the estate of the childless nobleman, and the place and manner of the last resting place of Radslav sen. from Vchynice, and his wife Esther from Vchynice.
