Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku správního uvážení v aplikačním procesu. Po vymezení pojmu správní uvážení a srovnání s neurčitými pojmy jsou nastíněny vybrané zásady činnosti správních orgánů. Dále je řešena otázka vázanosti a volnosti při rozhodování správních orgánů a meze správního uvážení. Následující kapitola pojednává o správním trestání.
