Use of human potential for development of an enterprise
Abstract:
Stěžejní pozornost podniku, zejména koncentrovaného na obchodní činnost, by měla být zaměřena na permanentní optimalizaci vedení pracovní skupiny, do které by měla být zahrnuta neustálá analýza lidského potenciálu a následná volba takových nástrojů nebo opatření, aby bylo dosaženo dlouhodobého a efektivního rozvoje podniku.
Abstract:
The crucial attention of companies, particularly of businesses concentrated on commercial activities, should be focused on a long-term optimization of the working group management. The optimization should include the ongoing analysis of the human potential and the subsequent choice of such instruments or measures so that a long-term and effective development of the company can be achieved.
