Tato práce se zaměřuje na interpersonální vztahy učitele se žáky na 2. stupni základní školy v kontextu jeho profesní dráhy. Teoretická část práce se věnuje různých pojetím profesního vývoje učitele a charakterizováním jeho hlavních fází, dále interpersonálním vztahem učitele se žáky, sociální rolí učitele ve škole, jeho osobností, autoritou a souvisejícími koncepty.
