Influence of leaf removal of the grape zone on the quality and health condition

Abstract:

Cílem práce bylo zjistit vliv různých termínu odlistění zóny hroznů na kvalitu a zdravotní stav hroznů. Práce obsahuje praktickou část, která byla prováděna na vinici v obci Čejkovice na Jižní Moravě. Odstranění listů v zóně hroznů se provedlo na šesti různých variantách v různých časových intervalech během vegetačního období na modré moštové odrůdě Cabernet Sauvignon. Experimentální část probíhala v roce 2017 výhradně ručním odlisťováním pouze dvou listů a zálistků u každé varianty kromě kontrolní varianty bez ošetření a varianty, kde byly odstraněny pouze zálistky. Varianty odlistění byly následující: varianta 1: odlistění před kvetením, varianta 2: odlistění těsně po odkvětu, varianta 3: odlistění 15.7., varianta 4: odlistění 15.8., varianta 5: kontrola bez ošetření a varianta 6: odstraněné pouze zálistky. U všech variant se prováděly dvě opakování na dvou různých řádcích pro kontrolu naměřených hodnot. Ze získaných hroznů se vyhodnocovali výnosové a kvalitativní parametry. Z naměřených hodnot se určovala závislost termínu odlistění na různé parametry hroznů a doporučil se vhodný termín pro dosažení vysoké kvality a dob-rého zdravotního stavu hroznů.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis was to find out the influence of the different terms of defoliati-on of the grape zone on the quality and health condition of the grapes. The thesis contains a practical part, which was carried out on a vineyard in Čejkovice in South Moravia. The removal of the leaves in the grape zone was carried out in six different variants at various times during the growing season on the Cabernet Sauvignon blue grape variety. The expe-rimental part was carried out in 2017 exclusively by manual remove of only two leaves and seedlings for each variant except for the control variant without leaf removal and the vari-ant, where only the seed lings were removed. Variants of defoliation were as follows: Va-riant 1: defoliation before flowering, variant 2: defoliation just after flowering, variant 3: defoliation 15.7., variant 4: defoliation 15.8., variant 5: control without defoliation and variant 6: remove only seedlings. For all variants, two repetitions were performed on two different rows to check the measured values. Grape yields and qualitative parameters were evaluated. From the measured values, the dependence of the defoliation term on the diffe-rent grape parameters was determined and a suitable term was recommended to achieve the high quality and good health of the grapes.
