Legal aspects of contractual conservation of nature
Abstract:
Základním zákonem v oblasti ochrany přírody je v České republice zákon č. 114/1992 Sb., o ochraně přírody a krajiny. Tento zákon obsahuje ustanovení § 39, které upravuje možnost ochrany cenné části přírody (území, strom) prostřednictvim smlouvy uzavřené mezi orgánem ochrany přírody a vlastníkem pozemku, který je ochranou dotčen. Tato problematika je obsahem této práce.
Abstract:
The basic Law for protection of nature in Czech Republic is Law No. 114/1992 Coll., about the protection of nature and the landscape. This Act contains provisinos § 39 which regulaeizes possibility of conservation of valliable part of nature (territory, tree) by agrument. This issue is exactly subject of my thesis.
