Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou sekuritizace, jejími specifiky, produkty a rolí v rámci finanční krize 2007-2009. Také má práce za cíl upozornit na to, proč byla dlouhodobě podceňována rizika související s CDOs a MBS. Ve práci jsou popsány cíle a důvody sekuritizace. The aim of this bachelor´s work is to acquaint the reader with the issues of securitization, its specificity, its products and its role in the financial crisis 2007-2009, the work also aims to show why the long-terms risks associated with CDOs and MBS have been underestimated.
