Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se nejprve zabývám aplikací práva, jakožto formou realizace práva. Popisuji různé druhy aplikace práva a jejich rozdíly. Dále podrobněji rozebírám jednotlivá stádia aplikačního procesu a s ním související instituty. V další části se krátce zabývám právními zásadami a principy. In this bachelor thesis I am dealing with application of law, as a form of realization of law. I describe different types of application of law and their differences.
