Instrumental techniques in anesteziology and intensive care resuscitation department

Anotace:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na znalosti studentů zdravotnických oborů v problematice přístrojové techniky používané na anesteziologicko-resuscitačních odděleních. Teoretická část se v úvodu zabývá historií, vzděláváním, používáním a kategorizací zdravotnické techniky. Poté navazuje kapitola o povinném přístrojovém vybavení jednotek intenzivní péče. Závěr teoretické části se věnuje specializovaným přístrojovým vybavením ve vybraných oborech, a to kardiovaskulární systém, respirační systém, hemokoagulace, neurologický systém, přístroje pro termoregulaci a přístroje pro komplexní ošetřovatelské a léčebné postupy. Empirická část je založena na kvantitativním průzkumu metodou originálního (nestandardizovaného) dotazníku s cílem zmapovat znalosti studentů bakalářských oborů Všeobecná sestra a studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra na vyšších zdravotnických školách před nástupem do praxe o problematice přístrojového vybavení na anesteziologicko-resuscitačních odděleních. Diplomová práce nabízí přehled přístrojové techniky pro absolventy nejen výšeuvedených oborů, ale pro všechny nově příchozí pracovníky na oddělení ARO.

Abstract:

The dissertation is focused on the knowledge of medical students in the problematics of the instrumentation used on the anesthesia-resuscitation departments. The theoretical part addresses the history, education, use and categorization of the instrumentation in the introduction. The chapter about mandatory instrumentation of the intensive care units follows then. The conclusion of the theoretical part is focused on special instrumentation in the selected disciplines, such as cardiovascular system, respiratory system, haemocoagulation, neurological system, thermoregulation devices and comprehensive nursing and treatment procedure devices. The empirical part is based on quantitative survey using the original (non-standardized) questionnaire method with the objective to map the knowledge of bachelor's degree students, specialization General nurse and students of General nurse branch and higher medical schools before entering the praxis about the anesthesia-resuscitation department instrumentation problematics. The dissertation offers the instrumentation overview not only for graduates of the above branches, but for all the newcomers to work at the anesthesia-resuscitation department.
