Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivacemi a bariérami spojenými se studiem na vysoké škole v kombinované formě studia při zaměstnání. Teoretická část pomáhá čtenáři lépe pochopit téma výzkumu. Praktická část představuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které bylo provedeno za účelem zodpovězení výzkumných otázek. This bachelor's thesis examines the motivations and barriers associated with studying at university in a combined form of study while employed. The theoretical part helps a reader to better understand the research topic. The practical part presents the results of a questionnaire survey which was conducted to answer the research questions.
